She holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Virology from the University of Santiago de Compostela. Her research experience has allowed me to collaborate with different Biotechnology companies and Hospitals in projects related to the validation of different techniques for the detection of biomarkers and antigens. Her work focuses on the search for applications of plasmonic nanoparticles for the quantitative detection of different biomarkers and viral and bacterial antigens. In CATARSIS she will develop new biosynthetic routes for the production of sustainable supramolecular pigments.
